The Fourth Battle of York started in early-to-mid-February 2007 when Keiichi hired the Mercenary's Guild to seige York. Also joining the invasion is the Jolly Roger Gang, who have declared and put their their long-awaited York raid into action.

The 1st Imperial Privateers Regiment announced they're pulling out of Wiksik and are helping the Mercenaries Guild in their invasion.
The Colonial Police, 1st Colonial Militia, and Order of Patriots then sucessfully kept the Mercenaries out of York. Meanwhile, Pirate and member of the Jolly Roger Gang, Patch was able to get into York, and kill an ex-Colonial Police officer before being hunted down and killed by two other Colonial Police officers.
Rozen, Pirate and vocal anti-Yorker, tried visiting York on a "peaceful mission", but was driven from York by W B Hazen, member of the Order of Patriots.
As of today, the battle in the Outskirts of York rages on.
