Healing skills are a great way to gain experience for the new player. The best healer character class is the outsider Scientist, with a host of skills that excel in healing. Every hit point healed is equal to an experience point, so if one heals yourself, another player, or even an NPC of 5 hit points, then you gain five experience points.

Triage

Be able to tell who is most injured - Shows the hit point total of the most damaged character, which may not be the character with the fewest hit points. Triage unlocks the native only skill Natural Medicine or the outsider skill First Aid.

Upkodins entered the medical hut in Durham, and with a glance knew who was most injured. Taking out a First Aid Kit, he approached the individual, "Well, let's see if we can heal those burns."
