Wanted Outsiders

This list contains the names of outsiders from all settlements that have attacked other outsiders and pirates for no justifiable reason. Please take note of any additional comments attributed to wanted person, as it may request that no harm be done, just answers required to their actions. At best, you should keep an eye on these listed, as they may increase their attacks on fellow outsiders/pirates. Outsiders that are on this list and originate from Derby are not all considered PKers by the 1st Derby Privateers as no local deaths can be attributed to them. Nevertheless, Derbymen should keep an eye on these people.

Crime: Attacked Cthulhu because he was standing on the road that is North of the ammo hut. Arthur may well end up in a mental institution, but in the mean time, he needs to answer for his crime. He is also probably going to be labelled as a PKer as he has killed 7 Derbymen in the name of his cause. He is also a member of the “Shartak Preservation Front” which includes many aggressive natives, who have killed many Derbymen. He has 7 Derby kills to his credit and yet, is apologetic about having a native kill to his credit. Approach with caution.

Crime: Killed Cthulhu in the ammo hut. Clarification as to why he killed Cthulhu is wanted. DO NOT KILL HIM. The reason being is he may have thought that Cthulhu was a PKer as he had just executed Glock for Pking and hadn’t informed all of those in the ammo hut at that time that he was killing a PKer. I’ve never taken any further action, even when in the same room for this reason.
