About the Derby Court

The Derby Court is Shartak's first (and thus far only) appellate court. The Eastern Federation, recognizing that its law enforcement efforts were not infallible, founded the Derby Court. The Federation's intention was to provide an appeals process for those who felt they were punished unjustly in Derby. The Derby Court has no physical location on Shartak, primarily existing on the Eastern Federation's forum. The Court is composed of three judges: one member of the Derby Hospitallers, one member of the 1st Derby Privateers, and one unaligned Derbian.
