Trader

A trader or tamdal is a native or outsider non-player character that deals in various goods. They have set up trading posts in each of the hometowns (except the Shipwreck).

Opposed to modern shops which deal in monetary units, traders will accept all manner of items in a barter exchange. Traders are shrewd businessmen who markup their goods to those that cannot speak their language. They are rumored to leave their huts to restock their inventory.

Traders have a limited amount of HP. It has been documented that traders will attack customers that attempt to harm them.
