High-Demand Items

These are a highly subjective assessments, feel free to add, remove, or modify them.

The following goods appear to sell out frequently in the trading huts:

• Piece of Driftwood

The following goods are in demand and have been observed to sell out sometimes:

• GPS Unit
• Bottle of Water
• Poisonberries

The following goods might not sell out, but are actually bought regularly by players (as opposed to goods for which demand never exceeds supply):

• First Aid Kits, Healing Herbs
• Rifle Bullets, Poison Darts
• Gold Coins
• Blunt Weapons

There are also regional differences in trading hut stock:

• Bottles of water and GPS units are extremely rare in native trading huts.
• It is likely that first aid kits, beer, rifles, and rifle bullets are in short supply in the native villages. Similarly, herbs, blowpipes, and darts have limited quantities in the outsider huts.
• Cutlasses, blunt cutlasses, and rum are rare outside the shipwreck.
• All traders are assumed to have a practically unlimited supply of gold coins. Traders might also be well-stocked with gems.
