Achievements are buttons that a player can have on their profile to brag about certain accomplishments made in-game. These are a new addition to Shartak, introduced for the first time in Easter 2010. They are being slowly introduced into Shartak, and such, ony a few are available at the moment. A player can only show five of these in their profile at a time.

These are the Achievements that are currently available to players in Shartak.
Easter 2010
- How to Unlock - Have a character active during the week of Easter 2010.
- This achievement became available on April 15, 2010.
Expert Healer
- How to Unlock - Heal over 10,000 Hit points.
- This achievement became available on June 12, 2010.
Exploration
- How to Unlock - Explore over 5000 island units.
- This achievement became available on June 13, 2010.
Kraken Slayer
- How to Unlock - Kill a giant squid.
- This achievement became available on April 22, 2010.
Novice Healer
- How to Unlock - Heal over 1000 Hit points.
- This achievement became available on June 12, 2010.
Old One
- How to Unlock - The character was active before August 2009.
- This achievement became available on May 9, 2010.
- There was a contest on who can make this achievement graphic, Twist was the competitor who won.
Serial Killer
- How to Unlock - Kill over 1000 people on the island.
- This achievement became available on June 12th, 2010
Shartak Probie
- How to Unlock - Finish the tutorial successfully
- This achievement became available on October 05, 2010
Special Achievements
Some achievements are awarded due to special circumstances. They are usually one off achievements, and only a select few get them.
Treasure Hunter
- How to Unlock - A one off Achievement awarded to Twist for finding The Moderately Prodigious Treasure of Fester Shinetop.

- How to Unlock - An Achievement awarded to Neil Tathers and Johan Crichton for their work on keeping the wiki updated.
