+ | Editor, you are very much incorrect in your choice of titles for this article. This is not "southern" infighting. Not at all. No, most of these deaths can be blamed on none other than the Pirate Scourge. The Pirate Scourge emanates from that most cursed and damned of places, the shipwreck, which is in fact at the far ''north'' end of this island, far away from our settlements (Thank God for that!). It is safe to say that the great majority of these 4,500 so-called outsider-on-outsider killings are either pirates murdering Outsiders or Outsiders fighting back and killing pirates in self-defense. Now, you might say, "Then we can just revise this title to read 'Outsider Infighting', and it would still stand", but this too would be incorrect, as no proud Yorkman can possibly consider pirates to be true Outsiders. Hell, I know many a Yorkman who barely consider these vermin to be human, let alone Outsiders. I know many who would sooner let their guard down and break bread, alone, with a dozen of the most bloodthirsty headhunters, than allow even one pirate within 100 yards of themselves. Gentle editor, the fact of the matter is that it is incontrovertible that the Pirate Menace is the cause of this bloodshed. These pirates' lust for blood and their constant attacks on outsiders and natives alike have brought endless misery wherever they go. Invasion Continues In York

- The Imperials were incorrectly reported as drunk while on duty. We have to date killed Serious Sam and YellowMelanie (Sam Bellamy), Lutheran (me), and Kjendlie (Herman Owen). Ella Chen has been our most effective operative, killing oztec, soldier guy, Glenn Danzig, dsldsl, Conrad, Hoboclown, and Odysseus in and around York - remarkable work for a single low level marauder. To their credit, the York defenders are doing a very good job in anticipating our entry into the York precinct - I personally have so far been stopped on 4 occasions, one of those interrupting me in my assassination of Capt San in the CP headquarters. The murder of the roaming shaman by Bungle was frankly an inspired strategy which sent many of our troops up to Movan near Dalpok. Our relative absence from the field has not been a consequence of alcohol, but instead a reflection of the effectiveness of the York defence. Please, credit where credit is due, for both sides. - FirstAmongstDaves

Southern Infighting Is Major Cause Of Death
Editor, you are very much incorrect in your choice of titles for this article. This is not "southern" infighting. Not at all. No, most of these deaths can be blamed on none other than the Pirate Scourge. The Pirate Scourge emanates from that most cursed and damned of places, the shipwreck, which is in fact at the far north end of this island, far away from our settlements (Thank God for that!). They are the dregs of this island, and the scourge of the peace-loving peoples of Shartak. Killing a pirate is an act of patriotism.
