Clan Leadership Skill

Allows you to start your own clan or help lead one - This is self explanatory, learning this skill allows one to make, or help lead, a clan. Several clans do have multiple leaders, as characters either drop out, or it is needed for RP. Requires to be level 5 or above to learn.
