Template talk:Clanbox
Use
On your clan page, simply use this template and fill in the necessary information. If there is no information (ie. no flag yet or no abbreviation), just leave it blank. Make sure that every line is closed with a vertical line character (ie. pipe):
{{Clanbox| clan_name=Your clan's name| clan_image=[[Image:Yourclansflag.jpg]]| clan_leaders=Leader(s) of your clan| clan_membership=Number of players in your clan| clan_goals=Clan objectives| clan_recruit=Requirements for joining| clan_contact=Contact information - wiki page, forum, email }}
Example
{{Clanbox| clan_name=Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles| clan_image=[[Image:TMNT.jpg]]| clan_leaders=Leonardo leads| clan_membership=4| clan_goals=Defeat Shredder and the Foot Clan| clan_recruit=Must like pizza| clan_contact=Leave a message on our Wiki page }}
Acknowledgements
This is obviously based on the Groupbox design used on the Urban Dead wiki. I have made a few aesthetic modificiations (different color and different width for nested table). I have also re-organized the order of information so that leaders are listed before numbers. --Lint 21:37, 11 March 2006 (GMT)
Comments
Should the clan abbreviation be removed? It's not as necessary as the rest of the clan information. --Lint 01:08, 26 May 2006 (BST)
- Clan abbreviation has been removed. --18:18, 8 June 2006 (BST)
Should there be a link to the clan's ingame page provided somewhere on the template? If so, where? --Lint 18:18, 8 June 2006 (BST)
Help Me

- Aye, it's been FUBAR since Simon did a Wiki upgrade. We've had a number of goes at fixing it, still not done yet. --Skull Face 22:41, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
- I'm a tad late. But it seems some groups have fixed it. See Template:Clanbox_test I'd propose editing this template according to that one as them seem to function the same.--Mazu 13:19, 21 July 2011 (UTC)
