The following is a List of Threats to the safe-being of York. Everything is on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most powerful threat, and 1 being a laughable threat.
Mercenary's Guild
The Mercenary's Guild, (also called the MG-gang), led by The Malice, Tom Failur, Lucifer Rustypants, and Endzone, is a Durham based mercenaries group bent on the destruction of York. The Guild has tried to invade York several times. (1, 2, 3), and has been able to cause widespread chaos in York and the surrounding areas.

Threat level to York as a city: 8 (during invasion only), ~1 (any other time)
Threat level to Yorkers: 8 (during invasion), 4 (any other time)
Threat to Shartak in general: 3 (all times)
