Born in Wiksik, Elembis decided to wander into the jungle and felt that north was as good a direction to wander as any. He wandered north and a bit west, died at the hands of a scurvy outsider, wandered a bit more, died again, and after some more wandering and another death decided reluctantly that he was a little lost. He knew only that he was north of Wiksik and that his intended destination was Raktam, so he counseled the spirits and they told him to go west ("life is peaceful there", they said).

After days of travel and increasing geographical confusion, Elembis found the mountain. This was good, for [http://www.itechsc.com/misc/shartak/ubermap/ the map the spirits had given him] had a mountain on it, and it wasn't far from Raktam. A cursory glance at the mountain suggested that he was at its southeast end, so he walked due north and a little east. When he couldn't find Raktam he began circling the area he had expected it to be in, and he eventually ran into another part of the mountain. This time he was more careful to examine its features and determined exactly where he was (and where he had been before). One day later he marched into Raktam, traded with Tik, and left. Where he is going, and what he is doing, are things only the spirits know.

Elembis searching by the mountain on 23 May 2006

Elembis made his first edit here on 18 May 2006. In the game, he plays a native warrior from Wiksik.

He has created an alternate CSS style for Shartak as well as an inventory counter.

He also plays Jail Riot as Elembis and Urban Dead as Amminadab, but the depth of Shartak has captured most of his interest from those two games.

The character

As of 08:41, 28 May 2006 (BST), Elembis has died 5 times and killed 3 outsiders. He doesn't attack outsiders more than once if they have killed no players and are either settlers, scientists, or explorers. The outsiders who have been freed of their bodies by his blade are Jonathan Hopkins, Celia Lede, and Gryphon. The outsiders he has mercifully spared are Tepes and Mary Fellingham.
