Haggling Skill

Be able to obtain slightly better prices from some traders. -This skills allows a player, to sometimes, drop the price at the Trader's. It is unknown how much this skill effects the Trader, or how often. When haggling is successful the dialogue reads "Using your ability to haggle, you manage to negotiate a more favourable deal." and when it isn't successful, you get this message "Despite your skill at haggling, the trader seems unwilling to change his offer."

Shovelly Joe stammered as the Trader rejected the trade of his First Aid Kits, "But...they are First Aid Kits!" The Trader eyed the outsider and chuckled, "Final offer, accept it or not." Shovelly Joe shook his head, "I think...I think I'll just go to another town then."
