Bank of Shartak

The 1st Imperial Bank is a commercial financial institution run by the 1st Imperial Privateers Regiment. It is the only bank on Shartak Island, with branches in Durham, Derby, [Raktam]], and York. Each branch is located within 1 square of a trader's hut.

The branches are each operated by branch managers, being:

Kristoffer Schanz in Derby

Ibn al Xuffasch in York.

Services offered by the Bank include:

1. deposits, with a regular dividend paid to large accounts.

2. loans, with varying rates of interest.

3. inter-branch transfers, allowing account holders to transfer funds from one branch to another to third parties, for a service fee of 10 GCs.
