Purpose: to be used in sigs to circumvent Subst.
Usage: in Special:Preferences in the Nickname field (as raw), for example:
{{Nosubst|User:Yourname/sig}}
Which becomes:
{{Subst:Nosubst|User:Yourname/sig}}
