Patrick MacManus Profile: Paddy. Clans: THE MISFITS. Level: 7. Contact: In Derby. MacManus lived in a small kingdom before arriving in Shartak. He was a town guard, usually following the lead of the grown men. The kingdom was very cruel to the villagers. The taxes were extreme, causing the entire kingdom to be poor. MacManus joined the guard to help his family. His father wasn't able to work as well as he used to after losing his hand. The family was just barely getting by. Eventually, the taxes were raised and no one was able to make payments. After each time a family was unable to pay, the family was locked in the dungeon. Eventually, MacManus' family was unable to paid. MacManus was with the guards who were sent to imprison MacManus' parents. MacManus tried to reason with the other guards. When they hand cuffed his mother, his father attacked. Being no match for the men, they hit his father with the butt of their rifle. MacManus lost any form of control and opened fire on the guards with his dual pistols. He killed all of the other guards. He then set his parents to a boat which would take them to safety. He then ran and hid in the nearby forest, attacking guard posts to make sure the king didn't go after the ship. MacManus then smuggled himself away to a ship which landed in Derby. He now uses his skills to make a living. He also helps out at the Hanged Misfit.
