The Black Hand serves and protects the Kingdom of Skulls territory and its natives from outsider aggression. Within the boundaries of the Kingdom of Skulls it is forbidden for an outsider to attack a native. Outsiders who break our sacred laws are to be black listed and hunted to extinction.
Primary Objectives:
Execute hostile outsiders within the Kingdom of Skulls.
Execute natives who threaten our survival.
Deny foreign influence within the territory.
Preserve the island's natural resources.
Strengthen native unity between the four nations.
Defend the native cause in times of war.
Keep native powers in check through warfare and assassination.
