Talk:Societas Eruditorum
How's this for irony?
One of my characters was shoppping around for a group to join. I was considering the Anthropolocial Society, SPIRITS and the Cryptozoological Society. You know, all the scientific/metaphysical organizations. (He's a rabbi with an interest in natural philosophy and the metaphysical implications of the magical activity on the island.)
Anywho... I was poking around the wiki, and found your page. There was no contact info, so I was not sure how to join, but coincidentally a few days days later, I was randomly PKed by one of your members. I was awfully confused why an academic organization would kill an elderly rabbi, but then I looked again at your founder's profile.[1] Now it makes sense! You're a PK group which focuses on killing Outsiders, but are posing as scholars. Very clever ruse indeed!
May I suggest, though, that since you are a PK group that it would be more honest to label yourself as such on an OOC forum like the wiki. This way it's easier for fellow PKers to find your group and join it.
Good luck recruiting and have fun!
