Introduction

The Corps was set up soon after the decline of the Colonial Police to counter internal and external PKer groups such as the Bills, Criminal Fraternity and most Pirates.

Policies

The DCoY, although allied with the GSUC did not wholly support them as it made keeping tabs on PKers from within harder as the situation got worse. The DCoY has since restored all of York's former Protectorates and Territories.

Membership

Not much is known about the membership of the DCoY. The 2 most notable are Mr Bungle - founder of the DCoY and award winning Patriot - and Offr. Food who is trying to enjoy retirement and spend the rest of his days traversing the Lacking Arms (in York) and the Halifax Inn (Midway Island)
