Rumor is is that Ruh'sil accomplished an amazing feat as a child amongst the Rakmogaki people. This accomplishment lead to a ceremony performed by the elders of Rakmogak to fuse Ruh'sil's body with that of a Demon Warrior. It is unknown if this rumor is true or not, but it is known that Ruh'sil is a force to be reckoned with.

While Ruh'sil was training with the elders to head to the mainland, a cowardly man came to Rakmogak from York and killed all who were from the village. Many younglings and elders were killed by his hand. Ruh'sil swore to take revenge for the deaths with the lives of those who come from the town of York.

Description

Ruh'sil is a large Cannibal, covered in the blood of his victims and war paint. The symbol of the Rakmogaki Collective is tattooed on his left inner forearm. Most of his hair is kept shorter than most Cannibals' hair but he has three long braids. His beard is full and braided in two spots. On his belt are the skulls of Baby Birch, Betrayal, mexkrax, Erik Norden, Fun, jhon marstin, Bonz, The Mad Fishmonger, Leaky Bocks, Keiichi, V2Blast, Mazrim, The wise dice, Swarm, Troll the Cannibal Killer, Last Laugh, and Neil Tathers, a bloodied club, and a rusty machete. On his back is a shiny heavy sword in a crude leather sheath made of alligator leather and a crude metal shovel.

Ruh'sil has declared himself Emperor of the Empire of Raksik, a combination of Rakmogak, Raktam, and Wiksik. He formed it from the ashes of his imagination and invites anyone who is from Rakmogak, Raktam, and Wiksik to join his empire. He wishes to band the members of the Empire together to kill anything the empire wants.
