Ruh'sil was swimming off the coast of Rakmogak as a boy when a riptide dragged him out to sea. A shark attacked him and he was forced to kill the shark with a dagger he carried with him for carving on trees and huts. He used the body of the shark to float back to shore. He dragged the body back and the village rejoiced. Shark was the meal for that night. Afterwords, Ruh'sil and his family were allowed to meet the Demon Gods. They told the family that Ruh'sil was destined for greatness and to lead their people, those who consumed human flesh, to war with the people who banished them to the island of Rakmogak. They fused Ruh'sil's body with that of a demon warrior to strengthen his body.

Ruh'sil quickly adapted to the body, using the lizard like ways of the demon to his advantage. He was given a Demonic Bone Sword and Armor when he came of age. He will only use the sword when necessary. He usually keeps it on his back. He usually uses his strong jaws and hands to kill victims, usually using a machete or club to wound them first. He finds pleasure in killing others, which was enhanced by the demon's blood lust. The more he kills and eats the stronger the demon will become.

The symbol of the Rakmogaki Collective is tattooed on his left inner forearm. A gruesome skulls is brandeded on his right forearm to warn other outsiders that he is a headhunter. Most of his hair is kept shorter than most Cannibals' hair but he has three long braids. His beard is full and braided in two spots. On his belt are the skulls of Baby Birch, Betrayal, mexkrax, Erik Norden, Fun, jhon marstin, Bonz, The Mad Fishmonger, Leaky Bocks, Keiichi, V2Blast, Mazrim, The wise dice, Swarm, Troll the Cannibal Killer, Last Laugh, and Neil Tathers, a rusty machete, and a crude metal shovel. On his back is a large wooden club the size of a person covered in blood and gore.

The Hanged Man grabs one of the demon warrior's horns with a mangled, gloved hand and batters it off with a snap of the hammer. "Beauty." He tucks it in his belt and wades off into the mist with an unseen smile.<br><br>

After the second attack, the Demon Gods were able to replace Ruh'sil's horn, yet he will feel his old horn in the hands of The Hanged Man until he is able to take it back from him. Ruh'sil has sworn vengeance on the whole town of York for their leaders deeds against his people. York shall burn.
