Do not place your Journal (or a link to your Journal) here. Instead, create a new page for your Journal, then place the following somewhere on your page:
[[Category:Journals|sort key]]
Where sort key is the Journal's page name without the "Journal:".
It is not required to have the "Journal" prefix.
