As of this day of our beloved Ancient Ones, February 12th, 2012... I hereby declare that the Kingdom of Wiksik is reinstating Dominion over the former Kingdom of Skulls territories surrounding the village of Wiksik.
Free access will continue to be allowed for all those who come to Wiksik as peaceful traders.
Everyone else will be slaughtered as slowly and painfully as possible before their heads are removed and used for... well... I'll leave that to your imagination.
