-Read deeper: I'm not like my bro, who I'm to assume put several choice phrases your way. I will clarify it and amend for your sake. Anyone in Open Arms, even if he's a Yorker, will only be killed if he's seen to have killed someone in an unprovoked manor. All Yorkers who haven't aligned themselves (I admit, I missed that out) to the PH, CP or OOP - granted we can't tell who's OOP - any unaligned Yorker will be dealt with on a C by C basis. And I'm sure the CP dont distinguish between harmless freebooters and bloodthirsty corsairs, especialy when York-dwelling pirates are driven out by the OOP, who do kill, and admit to, killing every pirate in York.
