Special Melee Weapon Events
There is a rare chance when attacking with a melee weapon the player will receive this message, "Maybe it's luck or maybe it's skill, your attack is right on target and inflicts more damage than normal. You attack [the target] for 5 damage.", which is considered a critical hit. Other times one gets this message, "Unlucky or just clumsy? The blade snaps off and you're left holding the handle, which you discard.", which breaks your weapon. See Special weapon event odds for more information on these special attacks.

There are nine character classes in Shartak, and for each character the player must choose one when they begin playing. Each class is capable of having a similar game experience, but there are some differences in mechanics and abilities which lead to unique playing styles.

The classes have different hit points (HP) limits, starting inventories, and skill opportunities. Characters in all classes begin the game with 175 action points (AP) and regenerate one action point every 20 minutes. Scouts and explorers regenerate AP until they have 80, while 75 is the AP regeneration limit for all other characters.

Native classes
Natives are the original inhabitants of Shartak. They dwell in three villages deep in the jungle: Dalpok, Raktam, and Wiksik. All natives can understand one another and use items such as blowpipes and healing herbs by default.

Every year around Christmas, Santa Claus visits Shartak and gives presents to outsiders and natives who come to his grotto at . Santa and his two elves stay for a few days and then they leave as suddenly as the appeared.

Details of Santa's first appearance in 2006 were recorded in the Shartak Financial Times.

Rumors of Santa's forthcoming appearance in 2007 have caused a crowd to gather in the grotto, but as of 2007-12-13 Santa has not yet been seen.

Update: Santa appeared but was killed shortly after his appearance by Tom Failur. He was also killed by kkk and SOS. Causing much aggrevation to those who had not yet asked for gifts.

Santa gives out gifts via the use of an "Ask for gift" button. Those who Santa deems have behaved well are given better gifts than those who have been naughty. There have been rumours that the very good recieve the legendary Heavy Sword.
Below the thunders of the upper deep;

Far far beneath in the abysmal sea,

His ancient, dreamless, uninvaded sleep

The Kraken sleepeth: faintest sunlights flee

About his shadowy sides; above him swell

Huge sponges of millennial growth and height;

And far away into the sickly light,

From many a wondrous grot and secret cell

Unnumber'd and enormous polypi

Winnow with giant arms the slumbering green.

There hath he lain for ages, and will lie

Battening upon huge seaworms in his sleep,

Until the latter fire shall heat the deep;

Then once by man and angels to be seen,

In roaring he shall rise and on the surface die.

The Kraken Hunters are a clan of Shartak islanders who hunt the notorious giant squid that live in the deep water around the island. When a Kraken sighting is reported the clan members come together to defeat their foe. When the hunt is complete they go about their separate lives. Very interesting to see the statistics. The defenders did get their act together towards the end, but that was after Kjendlie spending several days constantly dead. Well done to all involved. Oh and I love the line "We’re not going to say, because, well, we fear for our lives." Pure genius.--Tom Failur 10:50, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Elections to be Held in Durham
We, the Pistoleers resent the way this case is covered in The Yorkman. We have in no way bowed to the nationalists. The are only two reasons why we have agreed to take part in this election. First, to stop the violence in Durham. Second, to give the people of Durham a chance to show, that they agree on the Pistoleers ideal of a free, friendly and open Durham, as opposed to the aggressive isolationist approach, put forth by Nathan Hale and his compadres. We are sure, that the election will favor a liberal openminded candidate.

We have in no way "agreed in principle to all of their demands", we have just grown tired with being called puppets of every bogeyman group on Shartak and being deemed killers and executioners. The election will show, that the ideals of the Pistoleers, is the ideals of Durham. - Dennis Kuijt, Feb 5th
Captain Zombie was a pirate once, and a damn good one. Doing his heroic tales a severe unjustice, we will skip to more recent times. He was such a good pirate that the English had him exiled from the world, to live his life on Shartak. Why? So he didn't piss off the French and cause ANOTHER war, that's why.

For many months he wandered the jungle, until he found Derby. The place was peaceful...until the gunshots split the night. There were no guardians of Derby! No police? He wrote to Queen Lizzy and asked for funding to start up this colonial police force, he recieved it and quickly formed the Derby Privateers, enemy of the murderers and allies of the peace.

The freelance guardians of Derby soon joined him, followed by the new lads and lasses off the boats and soon the Privateers grew in number to become a truly powerful force. The Privateers allied with the Derby Hospitallers, Colonial Police and other police clans and soon they were recognised as being 'one of the lads' in police clan terms.
These are the people and factions that we mean harm to at the moment. Please follow the links to see the appropriote lists of enemies, as they are getting to big to put on this page and I feel they should be broken down into categories. "by accosting and neutralising any pirates they find in possesion of medical supplies with possible intent to abuse said supplies."- Futher proof that York and the Order would love to see the shipwreck void of needed supplies and having Pirates be their lackeys. Us, want the shipwreck to be void of supplies? Sounds about right. The fewer supplies you have, the less misery you can inflict upon innocent Yorkmen! -- The Order Of Patriots 18:11, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

Oh, don't worry. They can have all the supplies they need. They can have 100 rifles each. Their only problem is actually finding York itself, so we're still safe for now. -Che 03:41, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
The Situation in York
We can assure you that the Order of Patriots have no interest in the bickering of foreign tyrants. Our duty is to the people of Shartak alone and above all else. Does a letter of marque from any self-proclaimed king convey the right to pillage and plunder the homes and lives of honest working folk? The Order believe not. You can keep your 'loyalty' to your petty despot - we in the Order have far higher ideals to protect. -- The Order Of Patriots 18:11, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

You would call the King of England a "petty despot" sirs? I believe that says it all. York Loyalists 18:11, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

Tell me this now. If the OoP and the CP did nothing, why did the pirates and mercs leave? They just got bored? Apparently so, because according to this article, they did nothing. Do I smell a York Civil War? Dear Lord, lets hope not. -Che 03:37, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

It says the Order of Patriots are nowhere to be seen when trouble arrives, not the CP. The CP merely do nothing to stop the OoP from treating York as their personal domain, their courage when faced with pirates isn't in doubt. It's the OoP that are the main problem. The question is not why the pirates and mercs left. It's why they arrived in the first place... -York Loyalists 09:55, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

The pirates arrived because they where crying over York being Anti-Pirate, which in turn, they have created it into an Anti-Pirate city. The mercs arrived when they where paid to attack York. -Che 13:42, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

Not true. The OoP has previously refused a peace treaty with the Scurvy Crew of the Hell-born Strumpet. Without may we add, any consultation with the rest of York. And there's at least one verified case of an unproved attack (on Arwedda) by an OoP activist- see their talk page. -York Loyalists 14:55, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

I cannot speak for the pirates but I can tell you why the mercs left. Because we were no longer being paid to be there. So we immediately ceased our killing and returned to our peaceful selves.--Tom Failur 17:37, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

Causes
The battle started when the Mercenary's Guild was hired to weed out the Order of Patriots by ex-member and co-founder Wojciech as he was leaving the island of Shartak. However this was not known to the public until after the general killing had stopped.

York's Response
The Order of Patriots, an avowed enemy of the Guild, immediately put out a call to arms. The Colonial Police likewise called upon their allies for assistance. The Pirate Hunters and Shartak Rebel Forces joined the fray in response. The Derby Hospitallers' assistance was requested, but no official response was ever made. A number of unaligned Yorkmen rushed to assist in the defense of their home. The Royal Expedition declared its hospital in York to be safe haven for any combatants.

The Northern Threat
Although never asked by the Guild the Scurvy Crew and the Jolly Roger Gang came down to join in what seemed like a full scale invasion. Angry at persecution by the Order of Patriots and the Pirate Hunters, the two groups moved down to York. However, Tyler Whitney, captain of the Scurvy Crew, specified that his crew was to attack only members of the Order of Patriots and the Pirate Hunters. The Jolly Roger Gang declared war against all of York.

The Battle
The battle was hard fought, with both sides claiming to have inflicted significant casualties upon the other. Both sides launched verbal broadsides at their opponents in an attempt to claim the moral high ground. Attempted peace negotiations between the various groups failed.

The Conclusion
In the end, the fighting simply wound down, coming to a halt. The Mercenaries' Guild proclaimed that it had fulfilled its contract and departed, declaring victory. Its opponents claimed that the mercenaries had actually been driven out. In the end, it is not clear who, if anyone, was victorious. If each side's reports are to be believed, the battle was costly for all involved.

Effects
It is still too recent to say for certain what the effects of the conflict will be. It is almost certain that anti-pirate and anti-mercenary factions will gain strength in York. In the end, both sides appear to be satisfied with the outcome.
Tom Failurhttps://wiki.shartak.com/index.php?title=Third_Battle_of_York&diff=10797Third Battle of York2006-11-01T16:58:36Z
Tom Failur: /* The Northern Threat */

Mercenaries Guild
Hello OOP. I feel the persecution of the Mercenaries Guild is very unjust and un-patriotic. What reasons are there to promote the killing of Mercenaries? We work for money, not malicious intent and that means we could work for you or the CP.
Why do you seek to harm us?--HVLD 23:38, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Killing for money is a dastardly, criminal pursuit that has no place in a civilised society. The Order is trying to create and maintain a safe York where honest citizens need not live in fear of pirate attacks, terrorist outrages, or being killed simply because someone put money on their head. Also, as noted on our main page, the Guild has been implicated in pirate violence around York (to quote Tom Failur, the infamous 'Butcher of York' - "I will return to York and kill again, as I am being paid to do it."), and has undeniably been responsible for the prescence of several notorious pirates within our fair city. This is unnaceptable behaviour, and we wish to outlaw these barbaric practices from our province. --Order of Patriots, 13:11 8 July 2006

"or being killed simply because someone put money on their head." is this not exactly the same as putting a bounty on someone's head for a reason or another? Even is something happened by accident, or otherwise was not intentional? Your contradiction is quite startling and shockingly "unacceptable"--HVLD 18:12, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

So you're not denying that Tom Failur was a Guild member, or that his rampages through York were Guild business, and specifically targeted those whom the Guild wanted dead? --Order of Patriots, 23:15 9 July 2006

Bah, forgive my very, very late reply. I only just got my internet back.
Anyway - no, I'm not denying Tom went on a rampage. Guild business? Yes, it was a job. People the Guild want dead? No, it was people our contractor wanted dead, not the MCG. But we are mercenaries. We do not hold a grudge against York or its people, but if someone pays us, we do their job. We don't cost alot (unless its especially hard) so many people can hire us. Could you please stop WBHazen from killing me - the MCG is not "anti-york", we are pro-hirer.--HVLD 23:59, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

I was being paid to kill those people so I killed them. Since the job has finished I have not harmed a single York citizen. I understand that you are dedicated to defending York so your hostility towards us is understandable. But you must understand that we are not a threat to you or citizens of York. So if you kill us surely you are no better than the murderers you wish to stop? We come to York with peaceful intent and we are killed by those who are trying to make the streets safe. Surely we can put our past disagreements behind us.--Tom Failur 14:01, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

Came with peaceful intent? You came and slaughtered all who stood within your way, as did several other guild members, such as Raffles. As you noted the Order is dedicated to defending the people of York. And allowing them to live in fear of being hunted down for the bounty on their heads hardly comes under that heading. We wish for York to become a safehaven for all the peoples of Shartak, which is exactly why we have to keep murderers, pillagers, and unprincipled thugs out of our town. --The Order Of Patriots 16:09, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

Well I can see that you are never going to accept us as the buisinessmen that we are so I will be saying goodbye until the money brings us once agin back to York. I hope that if you ever are in need of extra muscle you won't hesitate to contact us. We will gladly accept. We don't bear grudges like you.--Tom Failur 19:28, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
PARLEY!!
The Scurvy Crew of the Hell-born Strumpet be perplexed at the hostilities ye order directs towards pirates in general. Pirates be your outsider cousins, and the Scurvy Crew has never turned its wrathful gaze at any outsider group or village. Even though the possibility was considered after the 1st Dalpok Raid it was roundly rejected when the question was put to the crew. There were even some bottles thrown. More than usual... Therefore Captain Tyler Whitney hereby invokes the right of Parley set down by the pirates Roberts and Morgan to negotiate the safe passage of members of the Scurvy Crew through York. This seems a simple enough matter to arrange, Yorkmen would allow the presence of pirates sailing under the Scurvy Crew's jolly roger in their village. If any member of the crew were found to have perpetrated an unprovoked assault on a citizen of York his name would be passed onto the Scurvy Crew so that he or she might be disciplined by the Captain. What say ye? Do we have an accord? -Captain Tyler Whitney
:Absolutely Not. We reserve the Right to strike at any pirate on the York Peninsula, in the water adjacent to the Peninsula, or in York itself. No pirate shall be safe on the York Peninsula, and any pirate sleeping in the city of York is just asking to be executed by us. We are everywhere, "the invisible power in York". So if any of your vermin feel the desire to travel this way for any reason: Don't. Unless you also feel the desire to be shot and killed by solid York-made rifles, that is! --Order of Patriots, 01:45, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
Tom Failurhttps://wiki.shartak.com/index.php?title=User:Tom_Failur&diff=10040User:Tom Failur2006-09-10T14:36:08Z
Tom Failur:

Tom Failurhttps://wiki.shartak.com/index.php?title=Talk:Tracking&diff=7647Talk:Tracking2006-06-20T08:58:02Z
Tom Failur:

Is tracking worthwhile in terms of hunting animals? --LouisB3 03:11, 26 May 2006 (BST)
:If you're checking every square or two, probably not. Personally, I've always found that extremely accurate tracking is too steep in AP. The best you can do is check the tracks every now and then, to see if you've gone off the trail. I have used tracking effectively to hunt down people who have attacked me, however. But that's because human movements are less random than those of NPCs, and most people don't think to mix up their direction now and then to throw off trackers.--Wifey 04:34, 26 May 2006 (BST)
Do we know much about Tracking Mastery yet? It says it makes it almost effortless. This sounds like it just reduces the cost. Tom Failur, the 'Butcher of York', known murderer and scallywag, was executed by the Order of Patriots last night. Despite having slain over 20 yorkmen without warning or provocation, Tom was quietly removed from the CP's Most Wanted list, and has in fact been aided by them when attacked by a native nearby. Why was he not apprehended and despatched before these atrocities could happen? Clearly the time is long overdue for right-thinking citizens of York to take matters into their own hands!

I must say I was shocked when I was helped after I had killed so many York citizens. I was also quietly disaapointed to be removed from the wanted list. It does seem like the CP is not able to enforce law and order in York. However death isn't the end. I will return to York to kill again as I am being paid to do it. =Introduction=
To the newly arrived and the longly settled alike:

You have come to this brave new world seeking your fortune, your adventure, or just your livelihood, and one can think of no braver undertaking than to conquor this uncharted wilderness. But with it comes the promise of fortunes great and exotic, as well as the need for items both mundane and essential. Where there is human civilization, there will always be trade, and to that, we aim to accomodate.

As of the day of March 28th of the 1906th year of our Lord and onward, The South Shartak Trading Company has been established in the hopes of opening communications and commerce lines to all known settlements on the Island of Shartak. We facilitate in the movement of supplies from community to community in hopes making our own fortune and bettering the lives of all those on the island. I am already trying to dangerous trek from Shipwreck Beach (the home of the pirates) via Derby, then York, for trade of their valuable rums and much sought after cutlasses. Someday I hope to establish other routes to and from Shipwreck Beach, and even create trading routes between the villages of the natives and the outsiders.

This enterprise is dangerous, but it does have alot of potential. Whom among you are brave enough to challenge the jungles and bring civilization forth?

Then contact The South Shartak Trading Company. You may even choose your own trade route to take (at your own risk of course). There are even no deadlines... make your own pace, but since you are in it for your profit as well as the company, it is hoped that your pace will be encouraged as such. And since we know well the dangers of the jungles, know that any nearby traders of The South Shartak Trading Company will be glad to assist.

Sign up to become a member, and go out there to strike out your fortune!

Mission
Our mission is to send valuables from one village to the other, valuables that are normally inaccessible to the people therein. For the natives, that means our firearms, ammunition, alcohol, and our much coveted GPS units. The pirates have expressed their interests in widening their palate with samples of Shartak brewed beer and the use of first aid kits, while villagers thirst for exotic native wares and weapons, as well as pirate cutlasses and Salty Bob's Pirate Rum.

It is our job to make sure these items get to these people, by finding them, then travelling to these villages and dropping them off to their trading huts.

Organization
Jack W Spalding is the Founder and CEO of The South Shartak Trading Company. A vice president and chief financial officer has yet to be elected.

Organizations in Good Stead
These are the following groups that I consider good friends of The South Shartak Trading Company:

The Civilized Highway Society for their contribution to Shartak's road and trade network. For their colossal efforts, any member of The South Shartak Trading Company is authorized to aide this organization in any way it can. That includes mapping information and road construction.

The Colonial Police for trying to keep the peace in York. I hope they soon expand to the other villages. It's getting rough out there, so give them your support.

Our Code of Conduct
We have a few simple rules to live by:

1). Natives, outsiders and pirates are to be treated equally. They are all business partners to us, and therefore must be regarded with impartiality.

2). Do not go attacking other people unless provoked. For example, if you are an outsider that spots a native, do not proceed to take its life. But if it attacks you, the company authorizes you to use lethal force.

3). Shamans are our friends. Leave them be.

4). Traders are essential to business. Leave them be.

5). Do not try to embroil The South Shartak Trading Company into any trade wars by provoking any responses from hostile parties. We do not start wars, only finish them. So lets not try to start another Opium War, ok?

WANTED!
Heavy sword. Information to wherabouts or to the item itself. Name your price. Arrange a time for pickup. Nobody can find the *&@#ing thing, and I'd give anything for it.

The trader's huts are always looking for goods. GPS's, driftwood, boozes, weapons, anything useful. Drop them off at your local trader's hut.

I am known as TET. I abandoned my full name because of my father. I didn't want his legacy. I just washed up on a beach on an island. My head feels like its been kicked by a man with steel-capped boots. Incidently a man in large steel-capped boots lay dead next to me. I searche for a tavern for ages. It seems there are none on this godforsaken island. But there soon will be. I am now making it my purpose to spread the gift of alchohol to these settling adventurers. I hear there are also uncivilised natives on this island. I will introduce them too to the beauty of beer.

To help with my quest I have joined with the South Shartak Trading Company(hereby referred to as SSTC). Shartak being the name of this spit of land. I will spend the next few days gathering supplies and then it is off into the wilderness.
I have gathered all the supplies I will need for this first journey. I set out North east from York, the village I washed up near. I aim to bring beer to the native village of Dalpok. I also bring a very special gift. A GPS unit. I will deliver one to each native vilage as a sign of good faith. A deer crossed my path and I hacked away at it with my machete. Unfortunately I am not used to fighting sober or on an empty stomach. I did not slay the creature. I wll try again when I have more energy.
I slew the deer and ate as I walked. After a whole day walking I reached a lake and am resting for the night. The lake is a way point. This marks the point I should start heading North. Dalpok is at the most 3 days travel North from here. I hope these natives are friendly, and if they're not I hope they like beer. I find I can get on with anyone when they're comfortably inebriated.
I arrived at Dalpok in good time. Delivered my supplies immidiately. But these natives don't look at all friendly. If I wasn't carrying my machete I'm not sure I would have delivered my beer. While in the the trading post I met an old friend I have known since before I can remember.

I stocked up on native goods while at the trading post. I shall trade them at the next outsider settlement I arrive at. While in Dalpok I heard that pirates had landed to the North West of Dalpok, about 2 days travel. After I have stocked up on native goods I shall head that way. I'm sure they have many treasures from their overseas travels.
I have left Dalpok now carrying all the blowpipes and darts I can. I am not sure what they do but hopfully someone somewhere does. I left Dalpok heading North East, towards where the pirates are shipwreked. I have been travelling for two days now and seen nothing but wild animals. I killed several and have due to the practice am far better with my machete. I hope to reach the ship tommorow. If not then I fear I have gone in the wrong direction. Even if I do reach the shipwrek there is no guarantee these pirates are friendly. I may have to leave almost as soon as I arrive.
I arrived at the shipwrek and found the pirates to be surprisingly friendly. I found they carried very nicely crafted cutlasses. I stocked up on a few of these aswell as some rum and a couple of gems which are sure to fetch a good price. I have now left the shipwrek heading towards Durham to trade these native implements and some pirate treasure. While there I also plan to do some freelance work for the Civilized Hihgway Society. I also plan to do some hunting and get some practice with my machete. My skill has definitely improved with it.
I found myself seperated from my body today. Except not in a good Friday night way. It seemed I had been killed by a savage. I concentrated on being reunited with my body and a friendly native called Shubar obliged. I was now far from my destination though. I started making my way back with the precious cargo somehow revived with me. I am now resting on a beutiful beach and making my cargo a little lighter.
I will help out with the construction of the road and master the native language. I have been learning basics for a while now. I also hope to improve the power of my machete atacks. The road from York to Durham is complete, and I like to think I had a hand it it. We are now getting ready to party. It's been too long. I will, along with the rest of SSTC, will be providing the drinks. Including some special pirate rum, which is dangerous stuff. I'm not sure weather to drink it or use it to blow up a building. I need some time to relax after lugging my ruck-sack half way around this island. Maybe after another wild party I will somehow end up back home. I can always hope.
I am heading to the native vllage of Wicksick to deliver, amongst other things, a GPS unit. I hear that the natives of Wicksick are the most deadly and some say crazy. They kill without remorse and then take the head of their victim. I grip my machete tighter than usual. I will sleep with one eye open tonight.
I was making good progress through the jungle. I was walking along a very river that flowed down from the mountain in the centre of the island. When I was suddenly attacked by a vicious native. I fought to the best of my ability but it was in vain and I was killed. Luckily here death isn't too bad. It doesn't screw your career up like it used to. Well I am still determined to deliver my goods to the village of Wicksick so I started the journey again today. Hopefully I will be in Wicksick in a couple of days.

Very impressive so far. I can't formally commit any of my characters to this group, but I will attempt to assist in maintaining any roads that I happen across. --Lint 21:02, 16 April 2006 (BST)
Any effort to build roads will increase trade and prosperity. My company definately encourages this.
I'm exited to find a clan that shares the same goals as me, i'm already 5 days into the Durham York road, and i've cleared about 40ish paces, with the road being 2 paces wide, to minimise the effect of plant growth. I would much like to join your Society.
* Please, feel free to add your name to the list of members at the bottom of the main page. My character is way over on the other side of the island right now, as I was making my way to Derby when I happened on this idea. I think I'll make my way back to York and assist you. A 2-pace wide road... excellent idea!! --VTBassMatt 13:56, 17 April 2006 (BST)

Speaking of roads, I have found an interesting path up the side of a mountain. It starts at [-70.364,+26.432] and I don't know where it ends. I hope to sometime, but I say this, I think this route should be of some interest to the Civilized Highway Society. I have even found a cave with a tunnel network that starts at [-70.368,+26.442]. It has the potential to cut through the mountain. Sadly, I am on a trade mission and cannot explore the mountain fully. Can someone of explorer's ilk go take a look? And while i'm at it... can it be called the Jack Spalding Trail?
--Lord Shade 19:58, 17 April 2006 (MST)

* This tunnel would be of great interest to the Society... I had heard rumors of it before, but you are the first to present its precise coordinates. I, too, am unable to do anything about it for the moment, but hopefully someone will follow up.

* Still not at the end of the road. Had to hack through a few bushes, but it looks like the path was cleared enough to walk through before, so I think the natives have used it before. It is a bit twisty turny, so I don't think it is the most efficient route. However, I have not seen an animal, much less a hostile one, since I went on the mountain trail, and no natives have attacked me up there. Though this may change, it looks like this route is more secure. Who knows, maybe some day i'll contribute to your society by clearing it out... or at least mapping it. Problem is, I need exploration and cartography and it is not priority right now. --Lord Shade 22:48, 18 April 2006 (MST)

* Exciting news! I found another entrance to the mountain path! It's at [-70.382,+26.479], where the road takes on a westerly direction. And the best part of it is... that's not the end of it! There is still more. However, I must urgently get back to my trade mission, so I will head north into the jungle. But these last few days had such exciting discoveries. I am glad to be a part of it. --Lord Shade 08:35 , 19 April 2006 (MST)

* The mountain path seems to go almost all around, from the north entrance all the way west, then south and east to the exit west of the waterfall, don't venture into the caverns if you don't have a paper to write your movements, I had a native lost in there for two whole days. LOL --El Pirata Cofresi 16:07, 19 April 2006 (BST)

I'm working on the Derby Direct, would it not be easier to that connect that to Wiksik? instead of the current Wiksik-Derby? Easier to maintain also. --El Pirata Cofresi 19:35, 18 April 2006 (BST)

*Anyone? --El Pirata Cofresi 16:07, 19 April 2006 (BST)
** Yes, that's probably easier... the only reason I've included the W-D path is that it already exists! I'll add a spur from Derby Direct up to Wiksik as a secondary path. Thanks!!
***Good, already working on it. With a native character to boot. --El Pirata Cofresi 21:24, 19 April 2006 (BST)
If any of you are in the Dalpok area and have a GPS, could you venture down the beginnings of the Mountain Loop South trail? My pirate does not have a GPS but has been hard at work on starting the road... it would be great if it showed up on the satellite.

Introduction

The pirates have expressed their interests in widening their palate with samples of Shartak brewed beer and the use of first aid kits, while villagers thirst for exotic native wares and weapons, as well as pirate cutlasses and Shartak Jim's Pirate Rum.

It is our job to make sure these items get to these people, by finding them, then travelling to these villages and dropping them off to their trading huts.

Organization
Jack W Spalding is the Founder and CEO of The South Shartak Trading Company. A vice president and chief financial officer has yet to be elected.

OOC Policy
It is asked that only members of The South Shartak Trading Company are allowed to edit this page, and anyone outside of this group doing so shall and will be accused of Wiki sabotage. Thank you.
