York is one of the four outsider camps on Shartak. Located near the center of the island's southern shore, it consists of twenty-three huts in an oblong clearing.

A shaman named Kahuni is held captive in the center of the clearing.

Points of interest

Trail to Derby

Starting 1 NE of the ammunition hut (09,05), go 10 paces NE. Then just follow the instructions carved every 5 squares (where possible), and you should soon find yourself in Derby. The trail is 270 paces long, which will take you about 4 days without Trekking or 2 days with it.

CzEcHy's Tavern

1 West of the Traders hut, located at -70.368,+26.313, the astoundingly wonderful Tavern owned by czech1. Feel free to drop by, spend a night or two in safety. Whether your pirate, native, or an elusive murderer wanted by all, your still welcome at the tavern (as long as you dont kill anyone inside.)
