The accomplished Player-Killer-Killer and ex-Colonial Police co-leader, who worked beside the famed MickR, has turned mercenary. If you can find him, you can hire him to kill whoever you want, wherever on the island they may be. He promises lower prices than the extortionary Mercenary's Guild, and great service.
He can be found in York, most of the time. Just give him a target, and he'll name a price.
