An alliance based in the east Shartak town of Derby. The EF not only Defend the town, but try to better it. Since the clans of the EF formed, they have made thier own efforts and unified efforts to better the town. The town of Derby now boasts a newspaper, fencing hall, lecture hall, tavern, hospital and police force, all of them made by the EF's clans.
