Discordian Cargo Cult is a clan within Shartak. It is open to Native and Outsider characters. Its goals are only communicated to clan officers on a need-to-know basis.

The Roules
La Islet Bonobo (also called Shark Island) has been claimed as Discordian Cargo Cult territory; any character who ventures onto the islet is hereby advised of the Roules:
- Join Us or Get Off La Islet Bonobo!
- We say "Mango!" instead of "Fnord!"
- Eris does not know about the law of fives.
- Eris is a character, and she is a member of the Discordian Cult
- If at first you don't succeed, squint and look at it sideways.
The Sub-Bylaws
- Join the Royal Expedition because some of them are cool (not Ghandi)
- Brush your teeth after each meal
- The follwing rule is true
- The preceding rule is false
- There has never been a Discordian Cargo Cult, and there never will be
- Mango!!!!!
- Morgan Freelance is cool, and is no longer our enemy.
- Ghandi is a twelve-year-old fool
- Slander will not be tolerated
What's Going On
Apparantly, the Royal Expedition thinks the islet is theirs, just because they were there first. Well we gave it its name ("La Islet Bonobo"). So we decided to kill them. But then we found out that some of them are highly respectable. So now we are conflicted.
A Clarification
These roules only apply on the island. Discordian Cargo Cultists are not waging war against the general population of infidels. Only those who venture onto the island without joining us.
