None have escaped him, except for King Sisyphos, who outwitted him twice, but was later turned over to him by Ares.
He proclaims the following:
"Much talk. Talking will win you nothing. All the same, the mortals will go with me to Hades' house. I go to take them now, and dedicate them with my sword, for all whose hair is cut in consecration by this blade's edge are devoted to the gods below."
You notice he is dressed in black robes, which smell of death, and are as cold as the grip of Death itself.

The Narrator
A Raktami native, a born murderer. He incorporates the deaths of his victims into his own stories.
October 25, 2010 - The Narrator starts a murderous rampage, sparing no one.
Days later, Mencken recruits him to fight in the name of SOAP.
Being the only SOAP member in Raktam at the time, The Narrator alone begins fighting to take down The Royal Court of Greater Raktam.
December 2010 to January 2011 - The Royal Court of Greater Raktam temporarily loses their queen. The Narrator gains support from Raktami citizens and takes advantage of The Royal Court's time of peril, nearly defeats the Raktami throne. The queen passes the throne to an unknown heir.

Uther
Before washing up on the shores of Derby, is possessed by the demom God Bethrezen.
July 28, 2010 - Washes up on the shores of Shartak, near Derby. Joins The Peninsula Federation and shortly after, is promoted to Minister of Justice and upholds law in Derby.
November 2010 - His role as Minister of Justice become controversial, loses the support of the owners of The Hanged Misfit Bar. Baron Robert Surcouf and founder Black Jack Pershing continue to support Uther as Minister of Justice and applaud his service, as well as his policies.
November 28, 2010 - Black Jack Pershing and Baron Robert Surcouf retire. The Peninsula Federation loses power in Derby. Uther becomes an assassin for hire.
January 2011 - Uther embraces the leadership of the demon within him and becomes a serial killer. Shortly after, he joins others deemed worthy by the Demon Gods under the clan name Gifts of The Demon Gods. He travels the island sacrificing dark souls to the Demon Gods.
