The Cutlass Chronicle is Shartak's better-than-premier newspaper, predating our rivals by negative months and stripping them regularly. Although based somewhere, we aim to bring you detailed and biased coverage of every stupid event across the island, to make sure your finger is firmly on the racing pulse of Shartak stupidity. We do not encourage letters to the editor, submissions from freelance reporters, and banners (or requests for banners) from those wishing to advertise. Leave us alone, silly pigs.
